Meredith Assumes Editorial Teams for Martha Stewart Brands

Under a change in Meredith Corp.’s licensing of Martha Stewart’s media brands, Meredith will “assume the editorial and operational teams” for Martha Stewart Living and Martha Stewart Weddings. Meredith and Sequential Brands Group Inc., which bought the homemaking icon’s company earlier this month, said a new 10-year contract replaces the pact announced in late 2014.
